PROJECTS INCLUDE:
• Four individually designed and constructed
properties, over two locations on the banks of the River Dee in Chester with an average value of over £1.8 million. These properties have set the benchmark standard for the area and all sold off-plan during construction
• 11 bespoke designed and constructed apartments in Chester’s Dee Hills Park. This contemporary project included the redevelopment of a Grade II listed Georgian building and underground parking for 28 cars. 90 per cent were sold off-plan during construction
• 30 characterful properties located on the edge of Tattenhall, offering Apartments, bungalows, semi- detached and detached properties, varying from 1 to 5 bedrooms located in beautiful surroundings and close to the heart of the village
• Bunbury, 15 properties nestled in the heart of the charming village. They comprise a range of detached and semi-detached character homes from two, three, four and five bedroom, including two bungalows and three luxury villas with breath-taking views
• Old Pale Heights near Delamere in Cheshire comprises eight individually designed barn conversions. These homes embraced all of the original features to create warm and inviting country family homes
• Cuckoo’s Nest in Chester involved the tasteful conversion of an existing listed building on the edge of the Dukes Estate in Chester. The project brought 13 individually designed homes to the area which remain as desirable today as they were when first completed
• Five barn conversions and one new-build unique award-winning eco home at Peel Hall Park set within the Peel Hall Estate known for its racing pedigree.
